Draftfcb is seeking an individual to provide mid-level HR operational support to the HR Generalist team. As a member of the HR Generalist team this individual will have exposure to all disciplines within the HR Department and work with these teams in partnership with the generalist; ideally the individual will have an interest in pursuing a career path within the HR Department.

• Collaborates with the Director and HR Managers to think through organization needs and generate program ideas, ensuring that they align with business strategy & goals
